Top Places To Visit In Kovalam
Light House
The Lighthouse which is located in the southern end of Kovalam Beach is 30 meter long .It is painted in red and white combination.Tourists  can climb the stair to reach the observation platform which provide a vide delightful sight. 3 pm to 6 pm is the best time visit lighthouse.
Samudra Beach
Samudra Beach is just 4 km away from kovalam.The beach owes its name to hotel Samudra,which is controlled by Kerala Tourism Development Corporation.This beach is both favorable for Indians and other foriegners.
Light House Beach
This is the largest beach among the three beaches of kovalam.This beach is named after the construction of lighthouse which is the prime attraction of this beach.
Hawa Beach
This is the beach which lies opposite to the lighthouse beach and it is one of the most popular beach.This is the most suitable place for sun bathing and herbal massages.
Kovalam Palace
The Kovalam Palace(Halcyon Castle) was built in 1932 by the M.R.Sri Rama Varma Valiya Koi Thampuran and it is the consort of Maharani Sethu Lakshmi Bayi which i one of the most important place to see.
